Notes on Cancellation
1. Cancellation Period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of cancellation, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice before the expiry of the period.
2. Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract in due time, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
If you have requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount for the services already provided.
3. Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation expires for a service contract if we have fully performed the service and only began performing after you gave your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of cancellation once we had fully performed the contract.

Purchases via Digistore24: withdrawal and returns
This withdrawal policy applies to contracts you conclude with Campcruisers GmbH, in particular purchases made through our own payment pages. For purchases through the Digistore24 sales channel, Digistore24 GmbH is the seller and merchant of record; in that case withdrawal, returns and refunds are governed by Digistore24’s policies.
For this channel a return period of 60 days from purchase applies, handled by Digistore24. Where, at purchase, you consented to the immediate activation of digital content and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to that digital content; Digistore24’s 60-day return period remains unaffected.
A 14-day trial period is not a withdrawal: if you cancel before the first charge, no payment occurs and there is nothing to refund. Ongoing subscription payments are stopped via Digistore24, not through this withdrawal policy.
